Long ago, men went to sea, and women waited for them, standing on the edge of the water, scanning the horizon for the tiny ship. Now I wait for Henry. He vanishes unwillingly, without warning. I wait for him. Each moment that I wait feels like a year, an eternity. Each moment is as slow and transparent as glass. Through each moment I can see infinite moments lined up, waiting. Why has he gone where I cannot follow? - Clare Abshire (The Time Traveler’s Wife)I’m going to go ahead and apologize to everyone because the closer we get to August, the more unabashed fangirl is likely to come out. Been waiting on this for years.
Also- that includes getting through HP#6 being released in July. (shakes head at futureSelf)The photo in the upper left hand is exactly as I imagined it. I have chills. Although, I thought of someone other than Eric Bana for Henry.
when i started reading this book, i wasn’t sold on it, but kept reading. the further i got into it, the more i grew to really love it. this might also have to be a movie i actually go see this summer.
FAVOURITE BOOK EVER. EXCITED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
